About Us

Mamta & Madadd is a comprehensive women’s health initiative built around the complete female lifecycle.

We exist to support women through every major biological and hormonal transition from adolescence and reproductive years to pregnancy, motherhood, peri-menopause, and menopause.

Women’s health is often addressed in isolation, focusing on one phase at a time. Mamta & Madadd was created to change that fragmented approach. We believe that a woman’s physical, hormonal, emotional, and reproductive health are deeply interconnected and must be supported as a continuous journey, not as disconnected events.

Our programs are built to provide stage-specific, evidence-based, and culturally sensitive healthcare support, ensuring that women receive the right guidance at the right time in their lives.

Mamta & Madadd operates through a structured lifecycle care model that addresses prevention, education, and ongoing support rather than only responding to health concerns when they become critical. By prioritizing awareness and early intervention, we aim to improve long-term health outcomes for women and their families.

Our Programs

Mamta & Madadd delivers structured, stage-specific care through three dedicated programs designed for different phases of a woman’s life.

Each program addresses the unique physical, hormonal, emotional, and reproductive needs of women at that stage.

Pehla Qadam
Focused on teenage health and early womanhood as a first step towards womanhood, Pehla Qadam supports girls through puberty, menstrual health, hormonal changes, and foundational reproductive education.

Zindagi Program
Zindagi is our core maternal and reproductive health program. It supports women through preconception, pregnancy, childbirth, and postnatal recovery with evidence-based care, guidance, and ongoing support.

Sukoon Program
Sukoon is designed for women navigating peri-menopause, menopause, and post-menopausal health, focusing on hormonal balance, mental wellbeing, and quality of life after 40.

Why it Matters

Women often seek healthcare only when problems become severe.
We work to change reactive care into preventive care by promoting early awareness, continuous care, and informed decision-making throughout a woman’s life.

By building trust early and supporting women consistently, we aim to create healthier families and stronger communities.

  • Lifecycle-based care model

  • Preventive, not reactive healthcare

  • Education backed by professional guidance

  • Accessible, culturally sensitive support

  • Sustainable programs with measurable impact
