What is Madadd Volunteer Program?
How to be part of Madadd Volunteers?
The Madadd Volunteer Development Program is a structured initiative designed to train, engage, and develop youth volunteers into competent contributors for community health, digital support systems, and outreach activities. The program combines theoretical learning with practical exposure to ensure volunteers are fully prepared for real-world impact.
Program Objectives
To equip volunteers with practical, field-relevant skills To strengthen community health awareness and outreach efforts
To enable efficient support for digital and telehealth systems
To develop leadership capacity among youth volunteers
To create a scalable and sustainable volunteer network
Specialization Tracks
Participants may opt for advanced training in one of the following areas:
Health Track
Non-communicable diseases (e.g., diabetes, hypertension)
Maternal and child health awareness
Digital and Media Track
Advanced content creation
Campaign planning and branding
Leadership and Field Management Track
Team leadership
Event coordination
Community project execution
Following training, volunteers are assigned to one of the following teams:
